Frequently asked questions

What makes your reviews different from software or AI checks?

Software and AI can point out where drawings disagree with each other. They can’t tell you whether the work can actually be built as drawn. That foresight and judgment come from 50+ years of hands-on construction planning and execution, and they’re what I bring to every set I review.

What drawing phases do you review?

I review Design Development and Construction Document sets, including multidisciplinary coordination reviews.

How are comments delivered?

Issues are marked directly in Bluebeam Revu and accompanied by an organized comment spreadsheet.

Where do you work?

Reviews are performed remotely, allowing me to work with owners, architects, and contractors throughout the United States and Canada.
